Employee Traning
Employee Training,( HR Certification Training in Navi Mumbai ) what does it mean? Is it something most companies don’t want to consider or is it a hindrance to impose on the daily routine of the employees? Employee training in many companies and various job aspects means to be accustomed or familiar with the workings of the particular job in a particular company. This concept may be executed in variations depending on the company or organisation since training is essentially imposed on individuals who are unfamiliar with the goals and ideals of the company and expect the work to be same as their previous workplace(if they did work that is).
This isn’t true for every situation of a new employee,(Core HR Practical Training with Placement in Mumbai) new employees generally require a brief explanation on the whereabouts of each area in the company as well as how do those areas work in accord with other tasks of the organisation.
In Indian standards most companies don’t bother in paying much attention to the authenticity of providing training as long as it is completed and the employees are given the tools for working better, but here is where these “companies” fail to make their mark on the employees. When companies don’t bother reflecting on the process of the implemented tasks it diminishes their value in front of their employees thus making the employees more susceptible to not give enough attention to the work as well. This is problematic as it affects the company’s overall potential to achieve growth and profits. But as the say; to quote Sir Isaac Newton’s third law “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction”.
Training new employees (Generalized HR Training in Mumbai) is essentially done with the idea of increasing efficiency of work within the individuals. Some of these employees are given training based on either change in equipment or change in technology of the organisation; it may also be sometimes related to an experience induced promotion for a higher job position which in return requires much more training depending on what role that particular employee has to perform.
Training new employees is generally a cost effective method if the training is done on the job being performed by the individual, this makes sure that the person is getting first-hand experience on how to run things, on the other hand the method which requires a much more expensive approach and a less interactive one is when the employees are trained off the job. This process is less efficient but happens at a decent pace and employees are given exposure to the training in much detailed prospects. Off the job training may be executed in variations which could be in forms of seminars, workshops, conferences etc.  This method only becomes effective when a large group of individuals are hosted for the process and if it happens within a short span of time.
Most companies don’t see the ulterior passive motifs of training employees; the employees feel that they are more valued in the company and work harder to achieve goals. Companies should make sure that in the process of training, the employees are provided an end goal and also equipping them with the means to reach those end goals. It boosts their morale and encourages them to work better on a daily basis. Training of employees makes the chances of accidents and mistakes potentially null since they have already been exposed to such situations prior to their actual period of work which in return requires less supervision and guidance from higher ups since they are well off themselves in doing the tasks.
The end goal of training any employee (Human Resource Training in Mumbai) is to make sure that they are more productive than they were before and also ensure that they consistently grow and do not fail in meeting expectations of the company. Training in general is very crucial to an enterprise or an organisation since it is both fruitful to the employers as well as the employee but it matters on the way the training process is executed and then it becomes a subject of whether it is feasible or not but it is in fact very much needed for the exponential and overall growth of any entity. Companies should not think whether the training has to be provided or not instead the thoughts should be more focused on how they can initiate the process in much better and efficient ways.
